Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the pagery.dev website and the digital products offered by Pagery ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the site or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.

1. The website and content

All content on pagery.dev — including written articles, research briefings, design, and code — is the intellectual property of Pagery, unless otherwise credited. You may read, share, and quote excerpts with attribution. You may not republish substantial portions of the content without written permission.

2. Digital products

Pagery sells digital products in the form of Notion workspace templates and related digital materials. When you purchase a Pagery product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product as described below.

3. License terms

You may:

• Install and use the product in your own Notion workspace, on any device you own
• Modify the product for your own internal use
• Use the product for personal and commercial purposes within your own work

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the product with others
• Use the product to create a competing product for sale
• Make the product publicly available in a way that allows others to use it without purchasing their own license
• Remove or alter any attribution or notices included in the product

If you want to use a Pagery product as part of a team or organization, please contact us about a team license.

4. Delivery

Digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase via the marketplace or platform where you bought them (Gumroad, Etsy, Notion HQ Gallery, or pagery.dev direct). Delivery is typically a download link or a Notion template duplication link.

5. Refund policy

Because Pagery products are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally final. We may, at our discretion, offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if:

• The product was not delivered as described
• The product has a substantial defect we cannot resolve
• You can demonstrate exceptional circumstances

Refund requests should be sent to our contact email with your order details. We respond to refund requests within 7 business days.

Refunds are not provided for: changes of mind after the product is duplicated to your Notion workspace; for incompatibility with workflows we did not advertise the product for; or after 14 days from purchase.

6. Third-party tools

Pagery products are designed to work alongside third-party AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and similar) and platforms (Notion). We do not control these third-party tools and are not responsible for their availability, performance, pricing changes, or terms. Your use of those tools is governed by their own respective terms of service.

7. Disclaimers

Pagery products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that any product will produce specific business outcomes, productivity improvements, or career results. The product is a tool; results depend on how you use it.

The written content on pagery.dev — including research briefings — is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or career advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pagery's total liability arising from or related to these Terms or your use of our products and services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

9. Changes to the terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site or purchase of products after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
