You may read, share, and quote excerpts with attribution. You may not republish substantial portions of the content without written permission.
Pagery sells digital products in the form of Notion workspace templates and related digital materials. When you purchase a Pagery product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product as described below.

Digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase via the marketplace or platform where you bought them (Gumroad, Etsy, Notion HQ Gallery, or pagery.dev direct). Delivery is typically a download link or a Notion template duplication link.
Because Pagery products are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally final. We may, at our discretion, offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if:
Refund requests should be sent to our contact email with your order details. We respond to refund requests within 7 business days.
Refunds are not provided for: changes of mind after the product is duplicated to your Notion workspace; for incompatibility with workflows we did not advertise the product for; or after 14 days from purchase.
Pagery products are designed to work alongside third-party AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and similar) and platforms (Notion). We do not control these third-party tools and are not responsible for their availability, performance, pricing changes, or terms. Your use of those tools is governed by their own respective terms of service.
Pagery products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that any product will produce specific business outcomes, productivity improvements, or career results. The product is a tool; results depend on how you use it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pagery's total liability arising from or related to these Terms or your use of our products and services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site or purchase of products after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
